“Houston residents now have an even greater opportunity for quality affordable homes in prime locations,” states Marc Jungers, Choice Regional Vice President for Houston. “Each community has its own unique appeal in three conveniently located neighborhoods.”
With plans from 1,458 to 2,900 square feet of living space, homes in Austin Park will feature fully landscaped yards in the 87 lot subdivision located in League City. This neighborhood is in the Clear Creek school district. Prices begin in the $140s.
Just north of Houston in Magnolia is Durango Creek. Homes in this community range from 1,200 to 2,900 square feet of living space, with landscaped front yards and fences for additional privacy. The first phase has 64 lots; the second phase will have 99 lots, for a total of 163 home sites. Prices for Durango Creek homes range from the $110s to the $150s.
Forest Creek, a 64 lot community, is located in the Willis School District. Homes will range in size from 1,100 to 2,900 square feet of living space, situated on spacious half to full acre home sites. Prices for this community range from the $110s to $180s.
Models should open in late 2004.
