Agreements are the forms that makes the rebate
possible! By law, a Realtor is only able to rebate
a portion of their commission to the party to
the transaction that they represent. This clearly
states that we represent you exclusively and not
the builder, therefore, we are able to legally
rebate you a portion of our commission.
In addition, this agreement spells out the terms of the rebate for your records and peace of mind! This is a contract enforcable by Texas state law and We don't mess with Texas!
