Just surfing the internet saved me money! I was looking around for an investment property in Houston, Texas when I came across Brandell’s 2% rebate declaration. Hesitantly, I responded to the website questionnaire and not long after I received a call from Brandell who assured me that the 2% rebate was real. Better yet, Brandell stated that I didn’t have to do anything other than what I was already doing to get the rebate. I subsequently found a property, to which I listed Brandell as my realtor. I just relocated my family from San Jose, Ca. to Austin, Texas. We were aware of the 3% that the builder would typically pay to our buyer's agent. However, in buying a new home, there was really no need for a buyers agent. While looking at some homesites I saw a billboard advertising 1% rebates. I'm now living in and loving my new home. Brandell was fantastic to work with and kept to all her promises. The best part is, I have an extra $4,700 in the bank thanks to her! My faith has now turned to trust, and I highly recommend Brandell to anyone buying a new home!

I met Brandell through the internet. I was working overseas for two months and knew that I wanted to see some houses when I returned home. I found her website and completed her questionairre.
